Events

Inspiring Islanders is the motto of this year's games, and our aim is to inspire the local LGBTIQ+ community to support Guernsey 2023 and promote the benefits of participating in sport.

History

We may be the first Pride House in the Channel Islands, but we’re taking inspiration from Pride Houses across the world. The first Pride House took place during the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Since then, there have been 21 Pride Houses in 15 countries, supporting international sporting events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, European Championships and the Women’s World Cup. The NatWest International Island Games 2023 is another first.

Our location

You can find Pride House Guernsey in Market Buildings, in the centre of St Peter Port, just a short walk from the bus terminus. All buses go to the terminus, so you can reach us from wherever you are.
